TASTING NOTES
Appearance : Very bright dark cherry colour.
Nose : Pleasant bouquet breathing out aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant with scents of wild plum.
Palate On the palate, an ample wine, silky and pleasurable, with a lot of sucrosity on aromas of stewed plums, black figs and wild blackberries.
SERVICE & CELLARING TIPS
Serve at : 16°C
Wine & Food : Delicious on its own and with beef and lamb dishes as well as well matured French cheeses.
Ageing : Can be drunk when released on the market but will age nicely during at least 6 years after the vintage.
