Characteristics:

Grape varieties: 40% Black Grenache, 60% White

Grenache

Vinification: the grapes undergo Maceration on the

skins. Alcohol is then added to stop the fermentation

before the wine is aged in vat and then in oak barrels.


Tasting notes:

Appearance: Luminous amber color with red hints.

Nose: fine nose with hints of pale tobacco, malt and

mocha.


Palate: sumptuous and unctuous, with hints of

maderised wine and aromas of prune. It is a superb

and warming wine with a long finish.


Serve between 14 and 16C.
