Vinification
Hand picked and selected grapes, 6h cold soak. Natural clarification. Temperature controlled fermentation and ageing on the fine lees for 3 months.

Taste
It is a medium dry wine with a beautiful nose of pears and ripe apples with touch of lime. The nose is full of aromas of melon and ripe fruits. With its complex body rich in extracts it is well-constituted with a touch of sweetness. The finish is pleasant and long. It goes well with fish, seafood and chicken.
