Description:
“GoldSparkler”, Sparkling wine dry,
will be made in tank-fermentation. The selected wines come
from different countries from the classic wine crowing areas
of Europe. The wine reached the production-place in filtrated
condition. After another filtration the different wines will be
added sugar and special champagne-yeasts. After the
fermentation which is finished in 2 - 4 weeks, the storage
continuous until 6 months. It follows the blending, the tartrat-
stabilisation and filtration.
The gold flakes (22 C) are added whilst bottling.
